What is a QR Code?

A QR Code is Quick Response Code and are directly linked to information, websites, phone number and numerous other sources.

Do I need a special app to open the QR Code? 

Most modern smartphone cameras have a reader built-in.  If your camera has not read a QR Code, the first time you may be asked to allow for use of the camera.

How long does the code stay active? 

Forever!  No worries of it being erased, from the safe and secure location.

Can you put this on other products? 

Yes!  The versatility of our Codes allow it to be printed on hundreds of items.  If you want something and don't see it, let us know.  We try to accommodate!

What if it quits working? 

Unless it gets damaged, it should always work.  If you ever have a problem, please let us know.  We will do what we can to make it right!

Is there a guarantee? 

Absolutely!  If it's a Code reading error, lifetime replacement on our part.  If the product was damaged, let us know.  We will work with you.

Can I order additional products with the code? 

Yes.  You can order as many products as often as you like.  If you are referring someone who wants the same QR Code, let us know first using your email as a reference so we can duplicate it that way.

Can I put a picture on it with the QR Code? 

Yes.  You have some flexibility on the design.  Email us with your desired options.

What is a sound wave? 

A sound wave is a pressure caused by the vibration of something in a medium that transfers energy, like air.  The signals are transferred in a horizontal pattern.  This is an option for your design.

What colors can the code be printed? 

The major requirement is that the Code be darker than the background.  Sometimes the Code must be contained in a "white box" according to the colors used.

Can you put the text on the product as well? 

Yes.  There are numerous fonts as well as pre-designed quotes and sayings available or send us your choices.

Is there a time limit to the recording? 

We try to keep the recordings under 2 minutes but if you need more, we will work with you.

Is there a word count limit? 

Word count can be tricky, depending on the size of the product you want it applied to.  Again, we will work with you to produce the best product to your liking.
